Building your fabulous firepit
Please take your time as you can damage your fire pit if you rush your build and do not follow our instructions carefully!

Packaging & Returns
Firstly, keep your packaging and take care not to tear it when opening your firepit.
Should you need to return your fire pit to us for a refund you will need to re-package it appropriately.
We cannot accept returns once a firepit has been damaged or used. See our returns policy here.
Safety
Secondly, before you attempt to start a fire, read the safety instructions. You are responsible for your fire pit, your safety and the safety of others.
Have you got everything you ordered?
Check that you have all the correct pieces for your fire pit. If you've ordered a fire pit with holes in the base, check it has holes. Similarly if you've ordered a fire pit with slots in the sides check you have the correct parts. Errors do sometimes occur when our firepits are packed and shipped and if you are not happy, please contact us and we'll arrange a free swap of any incorrect parts.
Our slot together modular design
Our fire pits easily slot together. You will not need to apply any force putting them together and doing so can damage your fire pit.
Top Tip: If you are having problems putting your fire pit together it will be because you have a piece of the base of the firepit upside down or around the wrong way. (The slots won't match up if they are around the wrong way.)

The square and rectangular fire pits are very similar in construction.
You may need help with the larger rectangular fire pit as individual pieces are quite heavy.

1. Layout all the pieces of the fire pit on the ground as shown above.
2. Take care with the orientation of the base sections. The little tabs must face upwards, the feet downwards.
Important: If you get this orientation wrong, the firepit will be difficult to put together and you could damage it.
3. Construct the base, taking care to esure the tabs point upwards.
4. Add the base plate, ensuring the tabs fully .
5. Add the sides. These hook together so orientation is important!
6. All done!

If you have purchased a painted fire pit, please note that the paint finish will "cure" when the firepit is used for the first time as the steel heats up.
