Unfortunately, very rarely, things go wrong. In that event we are here to help resolve problems.
Whether it's packages that disappear in transit or ones that arrived damaged we are here to help.

IMPORTANT : Please contact us for returns address as it will vary depending on the fire pit you have ordered.
Damaged Goods - replaced free of charge at no cost to you
If your fire pit arrives damaged and in obviously damaged packaging please refuse delivery and it will be returned to us.
Note: This is very unlikely as our firepits are exceptionally strong and well packaged!
We will send out a replacement as soon as possible, usually within 5-14 working days.
If you accept delivery (or are not at home when the courier arrives) and have damaged goods please call us to discuss the problem.
We can usually organise a hot swap of any damaged parts within a few working days of your call.
Note that we recycle all damaged components.
Changed your mind? - Simply return the firepit to us (at your cost) for a full refund.
Once you see your Fabulous Firepit we are confident you'll be very happy.
We offer a 30 day "no quibble" returns policy for our fire pits.
If you are not happy for whatever reason please contact us first and we will aim to resolve any solvable problems you have with our fire pit.
If you are still not happy, we will refund the purchase cost once we have received the unused and undamaged firepit back from you in it's original packaging. If the firepit has been used or damaged we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund.
You are responsible for returning the fire pit to us in good condition. We recommend using the original packaging and an insured delivery service to do this. We will only issue refunds when we receive the firepit in unused, undamaged condition.
Fire pits are heavy so expect to pay in the order of £30 or more to send the fire pit back to us by insured courier. You use uninsured services at your own risk so if items go missing in transit we cannot accept liability or issue a refund.
