In purchasing our fire pits you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
When purchasing, you agree to use our firepits in accordance with our safety guidelines.
Fires are inherently dangerous and you must take adequate precations.
We cannot be held liable for any damage to you, anyone else, pets or anything near or under our fire pits.
You use our fire pits at your own risk.
You must adhere to local laws when using your fire pits. Some cities prohibit the use of outdoor fires or the burning of wood fuel. We cannot be held liable for you breaking the law. Please check local regulations.
If you live in London or other UK cities, at the time of writing (July 2020) outdoor fires for BBQs, firepits etc. are permitted, you simply cannot use wood burners etc to heat your home.

When you buy a firepit from us you agree to our returns policy here.
We will always exchange fire pits damaged in transit from us and your statutory rights are not affected.
We offer a 30 day "no quibble" returns policy for our fire pits - you agree to pay for the fire pit to be returned to us and we will fully refund you if the firepit is returned in unused condition in it's original packaging.
If the firepit has been used or damaged we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund.
