UK Delivery Charges and Details
All our products are shipped to UK addresses for a fixed fee based on weight and number of boxes - quoted at checkout.
Delivery charges vary from £15 to £60.
Our heavier fire pits are shipped on a pallet and may have to be dropped at the end of some driveways due to delivery lorry size.

Highlands & Islands fees are subject to a surcharge which will be billed separately after you place your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.
Important: Parcels may need signing for unless you tell us!
Please ensure delivery address provided will have someone available to sign or provide a safe place instruction when ordering.
Note: Parcels are generally not being signed for since the Covid outbreak.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and will take 1-2 working days to deliver unless otherwise stated.
(Note: Working days excludes weekends and bank holiday days and other holiday periods.)
Some products will have longer lead times and we state this when possible, but mistakes do occur so please contact us if your order is urgent.
We always try to ship as quickly as possible and we hold stock of most products.
If you order before midday, we aim to achieve next day delivery for most orders but this cannot always be guaranteed.
