Spark Guard for 60cm Square Fire Pit.
Designed to fit our 60cm square fire pit it rests just inside the sloping sides. (The spark guard is 58cm square.) If you have pets or children this will help to keep them safer from the occasional "pop" that an open fires can have.
Our spark guard is made of high quality stainless steel. It will outlast cheaper spark guards made of "chicken wire"! Some tarnishing of the steel occurs when heated and the guard should be stored in the dry when not in use to prolong its life.
A poker can be used to remove the spark guard (through the top ring) when hot.
You can purchase the guard with our hand made poker/guard lifting tool (see options below). The wooden handle is hand turned by the Ashdown Forest Wood Turning Association and each one is unique. (We choose a random one for you.) The shaft is made of solid stainless steel rod.
